Service Focused, Backed by Full Fabrication Capabilities

About American Industrial Service

American Industrial Service is the mechanical systems service division of American Industrial Contractors, which designs, fabricates, and installs commercial and industrial HVAC systems in North Carolina, and services North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Focused solely on post-installation service, we are able to provide a high level of customer service paired with fast response. Further, we are able to tap into the full scope of engineering, system design, ductwork fabrication, and installation capabilities of our parent company when needed.

Founded in 1987 by Philip Lucado, American Industrial Contractors is known as the Carolinas' mechanical systems experts. Serving the Carolinas and Virginia, the company has operated for more than three decades, and has intimate knowledge of design and installation requirements for HVAC and related systems that are used in a variety of new construction and renovation applications. General contractors, architects, property managers, and consulting firms choose American Industrial because of our ability to provide accurate estimates quickly–as well as our reputation for delivering quality work while adhering to strict project deadlines and budgets.

We have one of the most widely trained and experienced teams of commercial HVAC specialists in the Southeast. Our company President, Rick Ramsey, summed up our approach this way: "Our customers have immediate needs that require dynamic, fast, and targeted solutions. We recognize that mechanical systems interruptions can translate into interruption of your operations. We treat your building and assets as though they are our own: we are committed to providing lasting solutions, not just temporary fixes."
