We're often asked if we work with companies who are not on one of our preventative maintenance programs. And of course, we will!

We always welcome new commercial and industrial companies to the American Industrial Service family. While we do recommend being on a preventative maintenance program and give priority service to our clients on one, we also recognize that there are companies who may be changing service partners, or have immediate needs that we can help with.
